701 THERAPY SOLUTIONS

Our practice provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals can begin to process difficult experiences at their own pace. We take a trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognizing the impact trauma can have on the mind and body while prioritizing safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the healing process.

Together, we work to help clients better understand their experiences, develop healthy coping strategies, and rebuild a sense of control and stability. The goal is not only to process past experiences, but also to help you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and well-being.

Owner/Therapist

Megan Kraft

Hi! I'm Megan Kraft

I am a graduate of Walden University with my Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, who is passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered.

I have a passion for assisting in trauma recovery and specialize in treating complex trauma. My integrative approach to therapy includes the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic based interventions that help foster healing through connection of mind and body.

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach and believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative partnership. Together, we’ll work to help you develop an understanding of what you’ve been going through, how it currently impacts your life and ultimately help you move toward the life you want to live. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences and challenges, and find transformation through healing.  I am here to laugh with you, cry with you, cuss with you, and be with you.

I welcome the opportunity to visit with you further about being a part of your healing journey.

Therapist

Abby Westbee

Hi, I am Abby Westbee!

I earned my Master’s Degree from the University of Mary and am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. My approach to therapy is open-minded, creative, and collaborative—I work alongside my clients to support meaningful growth and change. I focus on helping individuals build practical skills to better understand and navigate their emotions, behaviors, past experiences, and future concerns.

In my work, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), plus other modalities. These approaches allow me to address unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, encourage mindful practices to increase self-awareness, strengthen distress tolerance, and support clients in developing emotional regulation skills. I tailor these techniques to meet each person’s unique needs, combining structure with flexibility.

Above all, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported. I lead with empathy, authenticity, and a genuine desire to connect. I strive to honor each client’s values, identity, cultural background, and life experiences throughout the therapeutic process. This allows me to offer support that’s both empowering and deeply respectful of the client’s goals. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, occupational stressors, and various life transitions or challenges.

I am excited to visit with you about your counseling goals and needs moving forward!

Who We Serve

While we specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and are looking to address its long term effects, our clinicians commonly serve individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress. Our skilled team of clinicians is trained to assist in helping clients address issues related to relationship or family challenges, as well as difficulties associated with life transitions and those seeking personal growth.

Clinical Interventions Used

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process traumatic or distressing experiences. EMDR can reduce emotional distress, reframe negative beliefs, and support long-term emotional healing.

IFS

Internal Family Systems guides clients to explore different parts of self that have developed in response to the experience of emotional wounds. IFS encourages self-compassion, clarity, and a sense of inner harmony that helps reduce inner conflict, increase connection with self and builds emotional resilience.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps clients understand and shift patterns of thinking and behavior that may have developed after difficult experiences. It provides tools to manage triggers, reduce distress, and regain a sense of control and safety.

DBT

Dialectical Behavior Therapy supports people who have experienced intense emotional distress or past trauma. It provides practical strategies to cope with triggers, regulate emotions, and build resilience in a safe and structured way.
